Domestic Cemfloor Floor Screeding
The ideal properties of a domestic floor screeding is a solution that is easy and fast to install, saving you valuable time on site. A product that is based on Cement and therefore has none of the concerns inherent with other flowing screeds, will require no special measures before applying the adhesives or floor finishes. So you can get the job done quicker without having to wait around for the screed to dry.
The flowing properties of Cemfloor’s domestic floor screeding make it the ideal solution for the domestic floor market. It is simple to use alongside various floor coverings and has a high thermal performance when combined with under floor heating. And as an added bonus, a Cemfloor domestic screed would only need to be a minimum 35mm thickness for domestic application. Commercial Cemfloor Floor Screeding
The commercial screeding market requires hardwearing and durable flooring due to high traffic volumes; they must be easy and fast to install, strong and cost-effective.
Cemfloor Screed is an ideal solution for commercial projects and is produced per BS EN 13813:2002 screed material and floor screeds. It has become the first cement-based liquid screed to be awarded BBA Certification in the UK & Ireland due to its quality and safety.

Cemfloor HPC
Cemfloor High Performance Concrete (HPC) is a specially formulated self-compacting concrete containing a 10mm aggregate that can be used to create stronger and more durable floor slabs with less shrinkage and increased bay sizes to minimise joints than those constructed with conventional concrete.
Higher compressive and flexural strengths are achieved enabling a reduction in slab thickness providing an improved environmental profile. High quality finishes can be achieved without power floating.
